ubitexx honoured as a leading European TMT company
ubitexx, the leading European mobile device management manufacturer, was named as a finalist for the inaugural 2010 Bully Award honouring the leading European technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) companies as presented by White Bull Summits.
A total of sixty European companies were named as finalists for the 2010 Bully Award. The deserving finalists were selected from a pool of entries that included hundreds of nominated European TMT companies. The finalists fall into three categories: Yearlings, Young Bulls and Longhorns. ubi-Suite 3.0 supports iPhone, Symbian, Blackberry and Windows Mobile
At the world’s largest IT trade show, CeBIT 2009, Munich-based software vendor ubitexx previews its mobile device management solution ubi-Suite 3.0.
ubitexx will ship clients for iPhone and Symbian as well as a Blackberry connector. For the first time the ubi-Suite – winner of the German Internet Award 2008 – allows companies to administer all deployed mobile communication devices from a single point. ubi-Suite 2.1 distributes applications to enterprise smartphones
What do employees want to do with a company smartphone? They want to quickly access schedules, tasks, messages, reports, and presentations as well as immediately process them. They want to have the convenience of mobile travel services such as booking flights from their smartphone. The ubi-Suite 2.1 mobile device management solution by ubitexx satisfies these user expectations. The new ubi-Suite Company Application Store allows enterprises to give their workforce access to selected applications, making day-to-day work using smartphones easier. These applications include productivity tools such as the GUI Shaper for designing custom menus, Today Screens, schedulers, task managers, travel services and trip planners. BITKOM announces winners of the German Internet Award 2008
Berlin, 7. November 2008: Three high-tech SMEs from Bavaria and Berlin won the German Internet Award 2008: ubitexx GmbH and 1stplan GmbH, both from Munich, and MYHAMMER AG, from Berlin. An independent jury chose the winners from more than 300 candidates.
The first prize (EUR 25k) was awarded to ubitexx GmbH, Munich. Their internet-based software allows PDAs and a variety of mobile phones to be configured automatically, integrating these devices into existing computer and mobile networks. The software also facilitates the use of mobile services such as email, schedule and contact management, maintenance and administration of customer data. The contest requires each candidate to provide the name of a reference user, and ubitexx applied with one of its customers, Deutsche Apotheker- und Aerztebank eG, Dusseldorf. ...
Target Partners: Three Million Euros venture capital for Ubitexx GmbH, innovative developer of Mobile Device Management software
Munich, November 13, 2008: The Munich-based venture capital firm Target Partners (www.targetpartners.de) today announced a three million Euro investment in Ubitexx GmbH (www.ubitexx.com), a leading developer of management and security solutions for Smartphones and PDAs.
