Kurt Mueller, Board Member

Partner, Target Partners GmbH
Kurt Mueller co-founded Target Partners with his partners Dr. Berthold von Freyberg and Waldemar Jantz in 1999. In 1986, he founded Boston-based Dataware Technologies, which grew annual revenues to $41 million under his direction. In 1993, he successfully brought Dataware public on the NASDAQ and remained chairman & CEO until 1998. From 1984 to 1986, Mr. Mueller was Managing Director of Lotus Development GmbH in Munich. Prior to this, he worked as a strategic consultant for Bain & Company. He is Chairman of the Board at MagCode AG and a board member of Mercateo AG and ubitexx GmbH. Mr. Mueller was also responsible for Target Partners' investments in WLAN AG, NXN Software AG and gate5 AG. Since 2007, he has been a board member of the German Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVK).

Chuck Digate, Board Member
The software background of Chuck Digate includes leading two venture-backed software companies – beyond for electronic mail and Convoq for web conferencing.

Mr. Digate also served as CEO of the software company MathSoft and was Managing Director at Lotus Development, notably having built its international operations among other general management roles.

Mr. Chuck Digate holds a Bachelor of Science from MIT and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Dr. Marcus Gulder, Board Member
Senior Investment Manager, BayBG Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH

Dr. Marcus Gulder handles the involvement of BayBG in ubitexx GmbH.

Dr. Gulder has more than eight years of experience in equity financing and IPO. In the course of his employment with a private equity company in Frankfurt, he successfully supported several venture capital companies with their IPOs.

Prior to this, Dr. Gulder was senior manager with an international auditing company in Stuttgart.
